2. Booking Deposits

3. Cancellations
Refund eligibility in the event of cancellation depends on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellations made within the agreed notice period may qualify for a full or partial refund.
- Late cancellations may result in partial refunds or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
- No-shows may be charged the full rental fee.
4. Early Returns
Equipment returned earlier than the agreed rental period does not automatically qualify for a partial refund unless explicitly stated in the Rental Agreement.
5. Equipment Issues
If equipment is found to be faulty at the time of collection or delivery, customers must notify Jornica immediately. Where confirmed, we may offer a replacement, rental adjustment, or refund at our discretion.
6. Damage & Deductions
Refunds and deposit returns may be reduced or withheld in cases of equipment damage, missing components, late returns, or breach of the Rental Agreement.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Non-Refundable Services
Additional services such as delivery, special requests, or third-party services may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
